2025-2026 School Handbook

Iowa Code 2024, Code § 279.65 mandates that each school district must require that the parent or guardian of each student enrolled in the school district acknowledges receipt of the applicable student handbook, either in writing or electronically. This was included during the registration process for the 2025-26 school year. Parents/Guardians acknowledged that they understood that the handbook was available at this link and that the handbook would be updated for the new school year. This communication serves as notice that the handbook has been updated for the new school year.

Reminder: Acknowledgment does NOT necessarily mean you agree to the contents of the handbook. It is acknowledging that you know where the handbook is electronically, that you will read and review it with your students, and that failure to follow the handbook could result in disciplinary action.

The School Board approved the 2025-26 Parent/Guardian & Student Handbook during the June 9th Board Meeting. The current handbook and all of the translated versions have been uploaded to the website and are now ready for review.
