The UCSD District Leadership and Improvement Department exists to develop leaders and support the principles and practices of continual improvement throughout UCSD.
The Leadership & Improvement Department is responsible for facilitating the deployment of the UCSD Strategic Plan; coordinating UCSD process management and improvement efforts; and providing development for UCSD leaders, including the supervision and evaluation of principals.
